(Unless otherwise indicated, specified or defined, the definition contained in the Prospectus of ARREIT dated 26 January 2007 shall apply throughout this Announcement).
Pursuant to the powers granted under Section 7.5 of the Prospectus of ARREIT dated 26 January 2007, the Board of Directors ("Board") of the Manager had on 24 August 2007 approved the postponement of the First Distribution Period to a later date which is to be determined by the Board.
