Datin Paduka Siti Sa'diah binti Sheikh Bakir was appointed as the Non-Executive Director of AmanahRaya-JMF Asset Management Sdn Bhd Board of on 11 October 1995. She graduated with Bachelor of Economics from University of Malaya in 1974 and began her career with Johor Corporation in the same year. She has served as the Chief Executive of Kumpulan Perubatan Johor Sdn Bhd since 1989, and is currently the Managing Director of KPJ Healthcare Berhad since 1993.

She is Chairman of various hospitals in KPJ Healthcare Berhad Group and also a director in the other private companies in the Johor Corporation Group. She is currently the President of the Malaysian Society of Quality in Health ("MSQH") since its inception in 1997, having served as Vice President of the Association of Private Hospitals in Malaysia ("APHM") from 1994 to 1996.

She is also a board member of MATRADE since 1999 and a member of the National Productivity Council's (NPC) Consultative Panel on Healthcare since 2001. She was conferred the Adjunct Associate Professorship by University of South Australia in June 2003. She was appointed to the board of Bursa Securities since April 2004.

Remarks
On behalf of the Board of Directors of AmanahRaya-JMF Asset Management Sdn Bhd, we wish to announce the resignation of Datin Paduka Siti Sa'diah binti Sheikh Bakir as the Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 3 May 2007. The Board has approved her resignation on 3 May 2007.

Following her resignation, Datin Paduka Siti Sa'diah binti Sheikh Bakir ceased to be a Member of the Investment Committee of AmanahRaya-JMF Asset Management Sdn Bhd. At this juncture, the Board would like to extend their appreciation to Datin Paduka Siti Sa'diah binti Sheikh Bakir for her past services.
