(Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the announcement dated 23 April 2014 and 26 November 2014).
We refer to the announcement made on 23 April 2014 and 26 November 2014 in relation to the Acquisition.
AmanahRaya-REIT Managers Sdn. Bhd., the Management Company of ARREIT, wishes to announce that on 24 December 2014, CIMB Islamic Trustee Berhad ("Trustee"), as trustee for ARREIT has entered into a Supplemental Sale and Purchase Agreement and a Supplemental Lease Agreement with Comintel Sdn Bhd ("Lessee") to vary the period for repairing of the rooftop of flat roof and cleaning of the external windows, external Alumcarbon panels and repainting of the external walls of the Building from six (6) months to twelve (12) months from 26 November 2014.
The above variation of the terms will not have any material effect on the Acquisition.
