AmanahRaya-REIT Managers Sdn. Bhd, the Manager of ARREIT, wishes to announce that pursuant to the Case Management on 9 March 2015 for the Striking Out Application and the Summary Judgment Application, The Court has directed the parties to file submission in reply on or before 16.3.2015.
The case has been fixed for Hearing for both applications on 23 March 2015.
