AmanahRaya-REIT Managers Sdn. Bhd, the Manager of ARREIT, wishes to announce that pursuant to the Hearing on 23 March 2015 for the Striking Out Application and the Summary Judgment Application, The Court has dismissed the Striking Out Application with costs of RM2, 500.00 to be paid to the Plaintiffs jointly; and dismissed the Summary Judgment Application with costs of RM2, 000.00 to be paid to the Plaintiffs jointly.
The Manager will make further announcements as necessary on future developments in this matter.
