AmanahRaya-REIT Managers Sdn. Bhd, the Manager of ARREIT wishes to announce that on 2 July 2015, our solicitors have been served with notice of appeal filed by the Plaintiffs ("Appeal") in the Court of Appeal.

In its Appeal, the Plaintiff appeal against the following orders:

1. The security for costs of RM100,000 ordered by the learned judge to be deposited with the Trustee's Solicitors within 7 days from 15 June 2015, failing which the claim by the Plaintiffs against the Trustee will be struck out;
2. The decision of the learned judge on 23 June 2015 to strike out the above suits with costs to be paid to the Trustee and the decision to strike out the defence to the Counterclaim filed by High-5.

The Manager will make further announcements as necessary on future developments in this matter.
