On behalf of the Board of Directors of AmanahRaya-REIT Managers Sdn Bhd, MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that the Ordinary Resolution as contained in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 2 September 2015 was approved by the Unitholders of AmanahRaya Real Estate Investment Trust by way of poll at the EGM held on 17 September 2015.
