AmanahRaya-REIT Managers Sdn. Bhd, the Manager of ARREIT, is pleased to announce that today, the aforesaid Motion ("the Motion") relates to the application by High-5 and Standard Confectionery for Leave to Appeal to the Federal Court against the decision of the Court of Appeal on 30 November 2015.

The Court has been fixed for hearing of the Motion on 30 May 2016.
