AmanahRaya-REIT Managers Sdn. Bhd., the Manager of ARREIT, wishes to announce that High-5 Confectionery Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Standard Confectionery Sdn Bhd) and High-5 Marketing Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Stanson Marketing Sdn Bhd) had filed both Appeal 757 and Appeal 758. A Motion was also filed by CIMB Islamic Trustee Berhad (as Trustee to ARREIT) to, inter alia, strike out Appeal 757 and Appeal 758. 

The Court of Appeal has fixed the hearing of Appeal 757, Appeal 758 and the Motion on 6 April 2016.

The Manager will make further announcements on future developments of this matter.
