AmanahRaya-REIT Managers Sdn. Bhd., the Manager of ARREIT, wishes to announce that on 4 March 2016 the Shah Alam High Court Judge has struck out the application (Restraining Order under Section 176(10) of the Companies Act 1965 ("Act") and Leave to Convene Creditors' Meeting under Section 176 (1) of the Act in respect of the proposed debt restructuring scheme for the creditors of High-5 Conglomerate Berhad) filed by High-5 Conglomerate Berhad with costs of RM1,500.00 to be paid to each intervener. 

The Manager will make further announcements on future developments of this matter.
