The Board of Directors of AmanahRaya-REIT Managers Sdn. Bhd. ("ARRM" or "Manager"), the Management Company of ARREIT wishes to announce that on 25 March 2016, CIMB Islamic Trustee Berhad ("Trustee" or "Purchaser" or "Landlord") as Trustee of ARREIT has entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") with Vila Armada Sdn. Bhd. ("Vendor") to acquire the Property (as defined hereafter) for a purchase price of RM32,000,000.00 ("Purchase Price").
