AmanahRaya-REIT Managers Sdn. Bhd., the Manager of ARREIT, wishes to announce that the Court has dismissed the Application by High-5 Retail Sdn Bhd ("H5R") to set aside the Leave To Issue the Writ of Possession dated 4.2.2016 and the Writ of Possession by H5R with costs. The Court has made a further consequential Order that the Writ of Possession may only be enforced two (2) months after the date of this Order (3.5.2016). The Manager will make further announcements on future developments of this matter.
