Federal Court Civil Application No. 08(i)-597-12/2015

Standard Confectionary Sdn Bhd ("1st Plaintiff") and High-5 Conglomerate Berhad (formerly known as Silver Bird Group Berhad) ("2nd Plaintiff") v Amanah Raya Berhad ("1st Defendant", CIMB Islamic Trustee Berhad (as Trustee for ARREIT) ("the Trustee"), Dato' Tan Han Kook ("3rd Defendant") and Dato' Ahmad Rodzi Pawanteh ("4th Defendant")

AmanahRaya-REIT Managers Sdn. Bhd., the Manager of ARREIT, wishes to announce that the Court has dismissed the Application for Leave to the Federal Court by Standard Confectionary Sdn Bhd (Applicant) with costs RM10,000.00 to be paid by the 1st Applicant i.e. Standard Confectionery Sdn Bhd to the 1st  Respondent (Amanah Raya Berhad), the 2nd Respondent (CIMB Islamic Trustee Berhad) and the 4th Respondent (Ahmad Rodzi Bin Pawanteh) respectively and the court deposit to be refunded to the 1st Applicant.
