Standard Confectionary Sdn Bhd ("1st Plaintiff") and High-5 Conglomerate Berhad (formerly known as Silver Bird Group Berhad) ("2nd Plaintiff") v Amanah Raya Berhad ("1st Defendant"), CIMB Islamic Trustee Berhad (as Trustee for ARREIT) ("the Trustee"), Dato' Tan Han Kook ("3rd Defendant") and Dato' Ahmad Rodzi Pawanteh ("4th Defendant")

AmanahRaya-REIT Managers Sdn. Bhd., the Manager of ARREIT, wishes to announce that in accordance to an Order dated 3.5.2016 and a Writ of Possession dated 22.2.2016, the Court Bailiff's has served a notice on 4.7.2016 in order to repossess the premise of Geran 285748, Lot 62048, Pekan Baru Hicom, Daerah Hicom, Daerah Petaling, Negeri Selangor (Silver Bird). All parties are required to remove all material goods from the said premise not later than 17.7.2016.

The Manager will make further announcements on future developments of this matter.
