Renewal of Lease Agreement between CIMB Islamic Trustee Berhad, as Trustee of ARREIT and Alor Setar Holiday Villa Sdn Bhd of a 21-storey 4-star hotel with 156-rooms with sub-basement level within a development also known as City Plaza on a Held under Master Title H.S. (D) 21920, P.T. 6282, H.S. (D) 21921, P.T. 6283, H.S. (D) 21922, P.T. 6284, all in Town of Alor Setar, District of Kota Setar, State of Kedah Darul Aman [Holiday Villa Alor Setar] The Board of Directors of AmanahRaya-REIT Managers Sdn. Bhd. ("ARRM" or "Manager"), the Management Company of ARREIT wishes to announce that CIMB Islamic Trustee Berhad ("Trustee") as Trustee of ARREIT has entered into a Renewal Lease Agreement ("Lease") with Alor Setar Holiday Villa Sdn Bhd ("Lessee") (Company No. 344660-U), for a term of two (2) years commencing from 23 June 2016 ("Commencement").
Further, the Lease Agreement is irrevocable for a term of two (2) years commencing from 23 June 2016 and shall end on 22 June 2018 ("Term"). All rental obligations are met regularly since Commencement.
