Renewal of Lease Agreement between CIMB Islamic Trustee Berhad, as Trustee of ARREIT and Langkawi Holiday Villa Sdn Bhd of a A purpose-built 4-star resort hotel with 238-rooms and swimming pool and spa facilities on a H.S. (M) 286, P.T. 344, Mukim of Kedawang, H.S. (M) 667, P.T. 107, Town of Padang Mat Sirat, H.S. (M) 668, P.T. 108, Town of Padang Mat Sirat, all in District of Langkawi, Kedah Darul Aman.[Holiday Villa Langkawi]
The Board of Directors of AmanahRaya-REIT Managers Sdn. Bhd. ("ARRM" or "Manager"), the Management Company of ARREIT wishes to announce that CIMB Islamic Trustee Berhad ("Trustee") as Trustee of ARREIT has entered into a Renewal Lease Agreement ("Lease") with Langkawi Holiday Villa Sdn Bhd("Lessee") (Company No. 188867-V), for a term of ten (10) years commencing from 13 July 2016("Commencement").
Further, the Lease Agreement is irrevocable for a term of ten (10) years commencing from 13 July2016 and shall end on 12 July 2026 ("Term"). All rental obligations are met regularly since Commencement.
