Tenancy Agreement between CIMB Islamic Trustee Berhad, as Trustee of ARREIT and Autov Systems Sdn. Bhd. (Company No.: 318982-W) of a piece of land held under HS(D) 97328, Lot PT No. 611, Seksyen 16, Bandar Shah Alam, District of Petaling, State of Selangor [Wisma AIC]. The Board of Directors of AmanahRaya-REIT Managers Sdn. Bhd. ("ARRM" or "Manager"), the Management Company of ARREIT wishes to announce that CIMB Islamic Trustee Berhad ("Trustee") as Trustee of ARREIT has entered into a Tenancy Agreement with Autov Systems Sdn. Bhd for a period of three (3) years commencing from 13 September 2016 ("Commencement") and shall end on 12 September 2019("Term").
All rental obligations are met regularly since Commencement.
