Proposed Acquisition by CIMB Islamic Trustee Berhad, as Trustee of ARREIT of four storey purpose-built office building with one basement level erected on a piece of freehold land held under individual title HSD 7061 Lot PT 12072 in Mukim Dengkil, Daerah Sepang, Negeri Selangor (collectively referred to as the "Property") from Cyberview Sdn Bhd ("Vendor" ) (Company No. 405553-T) and Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd ("Developer") (Company No. 425145-U) for a cash consideration of RM40,000,000.00 ("Proposed Acquisition"). (Unless otherwise defined herein, the definition used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the announcement dated 16 June 2016 in relation of the Proposed Acquisition) On Behalf of the Board of Directors of ARRM, is pleased to announce that in accordance to the SPA, the Acquisition is completed today.
Simultaneously, the Novation Agreement will commence on this date.
