Pursuant to Paragraph 9.43(1)(I) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, AmanahRaya-REIT Managers Sdn Bhd ("ARRM"), the Manager of ARREIT wishes to announce that Mr Michio Izawa has been appointed as an Investment Committee Member with effect from 13 March 2017. The current composition of Investment Committee after the change are as follows:-
1. Encik Madahzir Azizan (Chairman); 2. Tuan Syed Elias Abd. Rahman Alhabshi (Member); 3. Mr Vasantha Kumar Tharmalingam (Member); and 4. Mr Michio Izawa (Member).
