The Board of Directors of AmanahRaya-Kenedix REIT Manager Sdn. Bhd. ("AKRM"), the Management Company of ARREIT wishes to announce that CIMB Islamic Trustee Berhad ("Trustee") as Trustee of ARREIT has entered into a Lease Agreement with SEG International Berhad (Company No. 145998-U) for a period of five (5) years with an option to renew for a further term of five (5) years, subject to the rental rates at prevailing market rate mutually agreed upon by both parties.
