Description AMANAHRAYA REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST ("ARREIT" or "the Company") - Appointment & Resignation of Investment Committee Member

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.43(1)(l) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("MMLR"), AmanahRaya-Kenedix REIT Manager Sdn Bhd ("AKRM"), the Manager of ARREIT wishes to announce as follows:-

  1. Dato' Anthony @ Firdauz Bin Bujang has been appointed as Chairman and Member of the Investment Committee in place of Encik Mahadzir Bin Azizan who ceased to be the Chairman and Member of the Investment Committee; and
  2. Encik Zulazman Bin Zulkifli has been appointed as an Investment Committee Member in place of Tuan Syed Elias Bin Abd Rahman Al-Habshi who ceased to be the Member of Investment Committee.

 

The current position of Investment Committee after the changes are as follows:-

  1. Dato' Anthony @ Firdauz Bin Bujang - Chairman
  2. Adenan Bin Md Yusof - Member
  3. Zulazman Bin Zulkifli - Member
  4. Michio Izawa - Member
