The Board of Directors of AmanahRaya-Kenedix REIT Manager Sdn. Bhd., the manager of ARREIT (?Manager?), wishes to announce that the trustee of ARREIT, CIMB Islamic Trustee Berhad (?CITB?), has vide its letter dated 25 January 2019 informed the Manager of its intention to retire as the trustee of ARREIT.
Accordingly, if required, an application will be made to the Securities Commission (?SC?) for the appointment of the new trustee of ARREIT in place of the retiring trustee, CITB in compliance with Clause 4.01 of the SC's Guidelines on Listed Real Estate Investment Trusts.
Further details of the new trustee of ARREIT will be announced in due course.
