Reference is made to the announcements dated 26 February 2019, 22 March 2019 and 11 April 2019, in relation to the Proposed Change of Trustee.
On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that the Manager, CITB and PTB have on 13 May 2019 entered into a Supplementary Deed to effect the following:
a) the retirement of CITB as trustee of ARREIT;
b) the appointment of PTB as trustee of ARREIT in place of CITB; and
c) the modification of the existing terms of the Trust Deed to reflect the Proposed Change of Trustee.
The Supplementary Deed will be submitted to the SC for registration and will take effect on the date it is registered by the SC.
